    The FedEx Office is a great tool for Individuals and Small Businesses; however, while using the Self-Serve Copier/ Printer, the Printer DOES NOT Print My Full Color Documents as the File and Screen Preview Shows that it should result in. The Margins, Off-Setting, and Output are ALWAYS sub-par. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

    Upon entering the store I was not even acknowledged my Matthew. He was busy with an order, but stopped promptly to assist a Caucasian lady with a package drop off. He then completed that task without acknowledging me, he proceeded back to his original task. I stood there at the full service print desk waiting, at this point maybe 5-7 minutes. I look his way and say excuse me, can I get some service. He explains that he's busy and another employee is working in the back. I explain to him that he never greeted me or attempted to assist me. He promptly came over, apologized and looked up my pickup order. He simultaneously greets another Caucasian lady as she enters. I ask, why didn't you do that as I entered? He said he was busy, I informed him that he's still busy helping me. I continue to explain that in my 22 years as a nurse, I have always acknowledged my customers. I interpreted his behavior and excuses as more racism than anything else. I will not be returning to this FedEx location. I can go back to the UPS location 40 minutes farther from my home. I get better customer service than your location that is 10 minutes from my home. I don't know if you can truly train racism out of people since it's rooted deep in your heart. I hope people of color patronizing your store in the future receive better customer service than I did today.

    I was so grateful for the service at the Bartlett store! Torri was amazing, professional, and super welcoming! I was able to email the documents and pick them up within hours! My vendor table was so neat and beautiful! Thank you ! I’ll be back !

    It was a pleasant and super fast experience. One of the reps. were handling a customer, Kiely noticed me right away and helped me with receiving my package that needed to be shipped.

    Loss my brother getting ready for a memorial service. He expressed sympathy for what I was going through.He work a time frame and date that I thought was impossible. He has great customer service skills. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I would go back to see Matt in a heartbeat. Great guy take my hat off to praise him again. Came through at a bad time in my life so uplifting.You don’t find this in the world we live in now. Thanks

    I went in to have a lg portrait made for my mother’s funeral. The quality of the picture and the service I received was like no other. All of our needs were met. Exceptional customer service. I will be definitely use this service again.

    I usually ship my packages from a Kinkos near my home Memphis, TN, not Bartlett, TN where this store is located. Upon entry, Matt immediately greeted me with, "Welcome to FedEx Kinkos!" It would be an understatement to say that I was surprised by not only his greeting, but his sincerity, warmth, and genuine desire to assist me. Customer service in Memphis doesn't exist so to experience Matt's level of service was a wonderful surprise and truly made the difference in my overall mood and morale. I usually dread any retail experience in Memphis because not only is the customer not acknowledged/"visible," but is treated rudely as if the employee is doing us a favor. It's pitiful and so depressing. I dread my shopping experiences in Memphis. Matt was the antithesis of this. He did his job with a smile and a purpose. His sense of duty, verses the typical entitlement spirit of employees, was an incredible breath of fresh air. He was also thorough, clear, methodical, with great attention to detail. He didn't rush nor was he sloppy due to a desire to get through the task. Just an overall wonderful employee that FedEx/Kinkos is lucky to have on their team! ..... to top off my wonderful shipping experience was the spotless restroom that I used prior to my departure. Matt and his colleague acted as owners of the business, not employees of the business. They took pride in all aspects of their job and the customer experience. Please let Matt know his impact on this customer.

    Brooke was awesome. She was patient and helped me get everything I needed done fast and quick. Before I knew it, I had all of my prints and was walking out the door. Everyone seemed to work as a team and really wanted me to have a great experience. Thats very rare these days!

    It was a little wait as it was a busy time I arrived. My items was ready however the store was out of coupons. When asked for rain check as they were out, I was told, just fill out the survey and you’ll get one anyway. It seemed like I was being forced to do a survey. The person who prepared my item did not ring me up big the person who did said that to me. If I had an experience worthy of going above to provide feedback I would have done it on my own. Sooo I am being forced to survey to get a coupon I am to receive with purchase anyway. Never had this issue T other locations
