    My visit was very disappointing! The assistant at the Bartlett store was VERY RUDE and unprofessional! She overcharged me for the printing, had to seek help from the manager because she didn't know how to include the discounted amount before giving me a total. She told me that I had a discount off the original price, but gave me a total to pay included no discount.I ask her to explain why the total amount was that high, and she had a bad attitude after my question!! The manager had to correct the transaction, and I insisted to the mamaget that an apology should be made from the girl with the RUDE ATTITUDE! She refused to say that she was sorry for the major mistake made! She even walked away and stood in the back whispering to other employees about what had transpired!!

    The employees need to be trained to better sever customers. The employee did not give me all of my options to solve my issue. The employee was too quick to say we can’t help in the store. I could not understand stand both customer service operators. I constantly had to ask both of them to slow down. They both spoke very very poor English.

    Haley was super nice. We left thinking the i take a day and told her we didn't live in the area. She was able to get it ready within a couple of hours and called us while we were so close by

    I quit using FedEx/Kinko years ago because it was so slow (sometimes staff would say product could not be done in less than a couple days) and expensive. However, I consulted with Haley about reproducing some photos of my grandchildren ( taken by their mom). Walgreens had already told me they couldn’t help me due to the large size of the originals. Haley helped me determine the exact size I needed from my vague and inexact description, she advised me on paper choice that would produce smooth and durable results. She gave an estimate of time to complete them ( a few hours up to 24 hours) Price was still high but I expected that. Job was done in about 2 hours and the graduation fans with pictures of the graduates (the grandkids) on them were a big hit with my family members in the hot, crowded, muggy school auditorium.
