    A person who assisted me was excellent. She was on duty at the Brentwood FedEx on Saturday, March 7. She was very energetic, made suggestions that made my project better, simplify the process, very knowledgeable, and got it ready for a birthday gift in record time.

    The lady was nice, no problem with her. I shipped overnight and paid for that. I guess there was bad weather in Memphis so it did not arrive on time. The problem I have is that FedEx HAD to know bad weather was coming BUT they still collected my overnight money. I know you are going to say you can’t control the weather but with the technology today FedEx HAD to know that there was NO way my package could be delivered the next day. Sad that you are not being truthful with people. I really would like my money back!!!!

    The team member who helped me was lovely, very kind, but she was new and didn't know how to print a PDF in booklet format. I know it's possible to print booklets with staple binding because we did it last semester for our scripts and I was trying to do it again for this semester's scripts. I eventually had to send a new PDF that I put into booklet format myself, but then it was still not able to be printed with staple binding so I had to staple them myself. The scripts were not ready to be picked up Monday morning when they said they would be, and I was also charged a $17 rush fee which I didn't understand since I had to wait for them to be printed and after all the back and forth on Sunday. Again, the team member was lovely and was doing her best. Next time I will try to do it myself in-store to save both of us the trouble haha. Really I just don't understand the rush fee after the delay and after printing with no binding. Appreciate the service overall though. Thank you!

    I wish i remembered the name of the team member who helped me because he was fantastic! I don’t ship things often so he walked me through the whole process and was so efficient! The shipping was cheaper than expected and was delivered on time.

    I had a great experience because the staff was very knowledgeable and help walk me through what was not super complicated but a difficult shipping situation to figure out.
