    I needed photocopies on cardstock. I assumed I could walk in and have this simple task done while I waited. Instead I had to come back. When I picked up the order the employee mentioned they had to take apart the spiral binding to make the photocopies. They did a great job but it was completely unnecessary. It wouldn’t have made any difference if the spiral would’ve shown up in the copies. What did make a difference to me was having to come back with my 3 kids. That made a huge difference. When I was told my copies were going to take 5 hours to make, I pushed backed and asked if she couldn’t just do them while I waited. I was told there were other projects in line ahead of me. I’ve used FedEx for bigger “project” orders before so I do understand but these were copies, copies that didn’t need perfection because we were cutting out the images. I would be willing to bet that had the copies just been made, without all the unnecessary work of taking the spiral out, that the amount of time that “project” took your employee was far less than the time it took me to load my kids into my car, drive to your store, unload, deal with your staff, load back up and then do it all over again. I am not sure what the feedback here is exactly other than it seems there should be the ability for staff to be able to make the decision to take the 5 minutes to make a photocopy over making the customer come back, right? I understand not being able to prioritize a project that’s going to take an hour but mine would have taken 10 minutes max.

    The Brentwood FedEx store is stellar. Phylecia and the team consistently amaze customers with their spectacular customer service. They are truly an unsurpassed organization in their quality and service. While there are many options for express mailing in my area, I now only go to the FedEx Brentwood service center.

    I am 80 years and whoever the employee who helped me was kind and patient and knowledgeable. It was a little more expensive than I had thoughtful but I will use FedEx from now on because of the service I received. Customer service is so important and you are #1 in my book

    A person who assisted me was excellent. She was on duty at the Brentwood FedEx on Saturday, March 7. She was very energetic, made suggestions that made my project better, simplify the process, very knowledgeable, and got it ready for a birthday gift in record time.

    The lady was nice, no problem with her. I shipped overnight and paid for that. I guess there was bad weather in Memphis so it did not arrive on time. The problem I have is that FedEx HAD to know bad weather was coming BUT they still collected my overnight money. I know you are going to say you can’t control the weather but with the technology today FedEx HAD to know that there was NO way my package could be delivered the next day. Sad that you are not being truthful with people. I really would like my money back!!!!
