    There was some miscommunication about my project being ready to pick up and when I got there, it was not. I believe that this misunderstanding was on my part. However, the manager (his name I did not get, but he was a very kind, Asian man who I believe was a manager on duty) actually got my project done much faster than anticipated once he realized my expectation had not been met. Again, I think the misunderstanding was my fault entirely, but your store manager went above and beyond to get my project done right away. I really appreciated this.

    Mike was awesome and incredible; the rest of the staff was unhelpful and inattentive - I had to visit the store to get my order correct 3 times and the 2nd time I had to wait for more than 20 minutes for anyone to ask if I had been helped.

    The visit to the store was pleasant and efficient. After that, the efficiency stopped. I paid almost $170 to have it delivered within two days. Later same day I was in the store, I received an email that I delivery would be delayed. The next day, I received an email saying it would be delivered when it was initially scheduled. Then, another email saying, again, it would be delayed. Expect a credit for the $168+.

    Your international shipping process is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY! There were MANY failures along my journey shipping internationally specifically getting a return shipment label. The process was NOT GOOD nor the store personal was limited in their assistance. I am totally surprised by FEDEX services in this case and how bad it was.
