    I ended up calling multiple times because the pkg was not delivered on the promised day. I learned 48 hrs later that a signature was being required because it was a business and the weekend. This was NEVER asked or made known to me during my initial visit. The manager , Melissa ..failed me as a customer by Not disclosing that information or asking me any questions!! I asked for a refund but was told I would have to produce an invoice! My son had to drive 9 hrs back to the site of the delivery due to inept customer service and inconsistent answers from the customer service agents.

    The visit was very good, great customer service and cooperation. The 2-day delivery promised failed to meet my expectations…it’s been three days and I haven’t heard whether the recipient received or not.

    The visit wasn’t the problem. The guy was very nice and helpful. You failed to deliver the package overnight. I paid for overnight services. It ended up being delivered the late afternoon of the second day. I want a full refund. I overnighted the package for a reason.

    The store people were nice. But I paid to have a package overnighted. I shipped package on Friday from Chattanooga, TN to Hilton Head, SC. Did not arrive until Monday. It was medication. How do I get my money back? I understand you have a guarantee for delivery on time. As I stated I paid for overnight ($106)

    My package was to be delivered October 5 to my cousin for an event out of the country. She had to leave with package, totally upset. I visited store yesterday and Michelle helped me as best as she could. Package to be delivered October 10 and my cousin is out of the country. Refund has been requested. Refunds don’t replace not having items for special events out of the country.
