My wife was very angry about this but I said let's let FedEx have a crack at it. We dealt with two women at the counter and neither acted like there was any problem with our request and masterfully handled the situation with smiles on their faces. We won't be going back to the UPS store again and will always go to FedEx first from now on!

Packages was not delivered until 2:24 on 12/31/25. No snow or ice. It arrived in Louisville, TN at 8 am on 12/30/25 and stayed at this location overnight instead of being delivered by 8pm on 12/30/25. If it wasn’t an urgent package I would not have paid for overnight services. I expect a reimbursement of all charges.
