    I placed a printing order via email one morning and requested pick up by that evening. I ordered 50 4x6 cards on cardstock. I was quoted $140 plus a $34 same day fee which was absolutely outrageous compared to the professional service I usually use for my business, but I agreed because I was in a pinch. I received no communication but when I picked up my order (after standing in an empty line with no greeting for 6 minutes while employees mingled around the store), the images I sent had been stretched to fit the dimensions- leaving them distorted. Normally this would not bother me if paying an acceptable price for 50 small cards but I was irritated that for $150+ I couldn't even get a properly printed product, or at least a phone call requesting a re size. The employee checking me out took zero responsibility, nor was there any consideration to adjust the price of the product. In fact, he told I do not have to accept them and they will just "trash" them, yet still felt justified in charging full price for a bad product. Because I was in an immediate need, I regrettably paid for the product but it was a massive waste of my money and definite loss of a customer.

    the 4'x4' print was very pixelated and feel like someone should have contacted me before printing it to let me know. I paid $260 and can't use it. I called and talked to the store associate and was told I should have known. Horrible customer experience and had to take the project to someone that could actually help me. For a $260 spend, all I could do with it is throw it away. Based on the lack of support, customer service and follow through, I won't be back. I do a lot of business there as a business owner in the area but that will cease.

    The team went above and beyond to deliver posters on a same-day pickup with a tight timeline on a project that had very little wiggle room. The team was courteous, flexible, responsive, and got everything complete ahead of schedule for pickup. Will definitely come back!

    The agent was not knowledgeable nor did he ship the way I asked. I paid over $200 for a package to be sent overnight and stated NO SIGNATURE requested and he put one on anyway and the package was not delivered.
