I called the store to ask where I could find the booklets and they said asked me through sending them through email to be printed. The attendant was very helpful and the printing was quick and good quality but the booklets were printed in incorrect order. No page number was on the correct page even though I reviewed the email attachment sent to see that each page was in order. I came back to the store after realizing the error and they said that I should have sent the page number in a different sequence— (1 and 12 should have been on the same page, 2 and 11). No instructions were given about the page sequence and a huge project for our organization was ruined

I found out from the person it was delivered to that that driver had stolen the truck that he was using for delivery and threw all the packages in a cornfield in Illinois where the packages being delivered to so the box is extremely dirty and it was in the very hot sun and the products it was in that should not have been hot they were diabetic supplies they cannot afford to be hot like that.
