Day one was with a 28 lb parcel containing an expensive piece of equipment...your system was down, she "made due" to get the transaction started, recommended an additional box, gave me handwritten paper work and emailed me the necessary tracking information when the system was back up. I confirmed with a telephone call back to her store. Second day was FedEx ground a set of documents. A lot simplier a tranaction but Miss Courtney had the same "can do" attitude

I’ve sent in other reviews but want this one to go to the entire team because they always are right there to help this sr citizen with my printing needs and are each so delightful. I always know they will deliver excellent printing with high touch customer service. I will go there first with any of my printing needs. I don’t do a lot of printing but always know I’ll be treated like a million dollar customer when I walk in. Thank you to the entire team and forgive any names I couldn’t remember.
