The employee who was working at the right counter walked passed me twice while I was waiting to see which line I should be in to mail an overnight pkg. She looked right at me and walked by twice never asking how she could help me. I had to call out 'excuse me' to ask if I was at the correct counter. She redirected me to the counter on the left. The man working the counter on the left was professional and kind.

Customer service is dying everywhere but not at the Union Ave Fedex print location! You truly can’t teach employees to actually care, they either do or they don’t. The young lady that helped me cared which was evident from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. She was genuine and caring through every step of the process and I was truly amazed at her incredible attitude and friendly demeanor. Whoever is reading this. Give that woman a raise or put her in a leadership role. It is so obvious that she truly cares about her customers needs by making their priorities are HER priorities.
