This went on for at least 10 minutes before they got around to waiting on us. When ONE of them finally came up to the counter she was pleasant but all pretended they didn't even see us for a ridiculous amount of time.

That did not happen so I went to pick up the order about a week later. It wasn’t ready. However, I was not upset. I didn’t absolutely have to have it at that time. However, I think it was the manager, looked back through the emails and found my order, printed it within five minutes, and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. And both of the employees, the manager, and the young lady working with him, were extremely, nice. I will use this store on a consistent basis.
