    I had a great experience in the store. There was a little miscommunication that I was advised that there was a notary in the FedEx building, but there was not and so he sent me to an adjacent facility to get the notarization done and I came back and it took me less than five minutes to get the documentation sent out!!

    Marshall needs a raise, or a bonus, or some HUGE team recognition!!! I was officiating my first wedding the following day, and I brought in some 5 x 8 cards that I needed to put the service on. He helped me figure out the layout and smoothest way to have them organized. The previous FedEx store said they couldn’t do it and referred to him. We were under the impression (from first store) that we would have to drop them and come back later. Nope, not Marshall!! He got it done while we waited and has OVER THE TOP customer service. I am from North Carolina and will never forget the best FedEx service I’ve received was in Nashville!!!

    Ran in on a Sunday early afternoon and the lady who helped me was so sweet and friendly. Made my experience quick and easy. I left there and mentioned to my friend that this is always the office I use and always so impressed w the customer service.

    I wish I did remember the team members name, she was so helpful. I'm elderly and not with the times. I was nervous about not knowing how to ship the package but the young lady put me at ease and even told me not to worry about a thing. She could see I was nervous. She made it so simple for me.
