    I was advised by the rep that my package would arrive on Sunday. It was a birthday present and did not arrive until Wednesday. It took 5 days. And I was not updated appropriately on the status of my package. I talked to customer service twice as well as the shipping store. Customer service told me that they would call me before the end of the day on Monday, but no one called me. They finally updated the site so I could get a delivery time.

    I had to get something shipped to another person the next day. While it wasn’t cheap, I went to Fed Ex because I wanted to get the best service I could. I was very pleased. The recipient got it in less than 24 hours. It had to be sent to a very rural location so it wasn’t an easy job. Thanks
