I picked up the order and realized the next day it wasn’t printed on the type of paper I had requested. I went back to the store to ask about the paper type I had requested, not knowing if I had made a mistake on my end. With my order in hand it was confirmed that it wasn’t the right paper. The gentleman I spoke to responded with “so do you want me to reprint it”, in a tone that made me think he was very annoyed I had even brought it up. And told me I should have checked the order before leaving the store. I said no and left the store. The paper itself wasn’t a big deal, but it was more the principle of the situation that I didn’t get what I requested and paid for and the corresponding customer service experience.
