    I went to the FedEx office in Allen, TX. The manager helped me as soon as I walked in. I go to this location all the time. I have always had a great experience there, everyone is very helpful.

    I asked the employee to provide me with the fastest shipping option for my papers. The receipt showed an expected delivery date of 11/29, but the tracking shows the package was actually delivered on 12/1. I was charged $58 for a service that normally costs $10, and the delivery was still late.

    Your employees were disinterested with me and my package I needed to mail. I saw 3 employees. They were cutting up with each other. I don’t see how they did see me standing at the counter. But I was told they would help me in a minute. I waited and waited. Finally one of your employees, decided to break away from the employee cut up time, and see why I was there bothering them. As he was measuring my package. Someone else came in. He must have been his friend. Because he stopped helping me, to tell that what to do with his package. That was done and left before he came back to finish with me. I’m sure Fedex is a big company. They don’t need my business. I’ll just go the ups for now on.those employees need to be thought humility, customer service, respect all customers, not just their friends.but what do I know? Thanks for your help

    I spoke with Jim the Manager he was excellent, he fixed my issue and also assisted me for future work if it was required. I highly recommend FedEx for any of your office needs!
