Jonathan went out of the way to help me prepare a banner and signs for a homecoming parade. He actually went out to the car and measured and showed me how to hang the sign. He noticed there was a misspelled word in my artwork. He was so patient and assisted me in correcting the artwork. He cut and measured the signs and when we were figuring out the measurements a couple of other associates helped us. I have been using this business since 1988 back when it was Kinkos. I have received this kind of service all these years. Two of the employees have been there almost since I’ve been going there. The type of customer service I get from the associates is a lost art. People just don’t treat customers like this anymore. At a time when I was in a panic, they took care of me. And they are kind and supportive to each other. Jonathan, Dorothy, Keith and the whole team are great!

I was shipping to a GA address affected by the hurricane. I asked specifically if there were going to be delivery issues. I was shipping a new phone PLUS a backup battery device that the recipient was depending on. I was assured there were no issues and shipments to the area (Augusta, GA) were going through with no problems. It was to be delivered Thursday. It's Saturday and still no package. TOTAL FAILURE.
