I came in to print business cards, when picking up the next day, they have such great customer service, I ended up getting other things done with them that I had been putting off. My son doesn’t show patience in stores and wants everything he sees. They made me feel comfortable/accepted while being able to assist my son. I didn’t feel so alone or embarrassed. Tiera reminded me that “It’s just part of being a parent, we have to pick and choose our battles wisely.” I could’ve cried right there in the store for her just being so understanding! I thank them so much for supporting me, while I supported him.

Specifically asked for cards to be printed on thick card stock paper so the business cards would be thick and professional. The cards were extremely thin and poor quality. Will have to order with another company for better quality.

I have been in here before and someone showed me how to do it myself which was great. the next time I came in I needed a reminder which tray to leave open for cardstock. the associate told me how the print may not come out correctly which it did the last time for me so I was not sure what she was talking about. She told me she could just print them for me if I send the file to avoid any misprint. I said ok and let her. but when the price of it came out, I wasn't happy. I was still charged a service fee for the service which I was trying to avoid (hence doing this by my self) . I felt that the last time I did this by my self it was a lot cheaper but having her help me and charge me was more expensive. I needed the copies not unfortunately but I wish I would have known about the charge prior to doing this. I ended up printing more somewhere else to avoid this.
