    2 packages sent. Both guns. Only 1 package arrived? Other put on a different truck. Have to make 2 trips to pick up? I had them shipped to the FedEx store!!! The 1st package was delivered to the Walmart backroom of where the store is located. I DID NOT WANT MY GUNS IN A WALLMART BACKROOM!!! NOR DID I want to have to make 2 trips to get. I was only sent 1 tracking number & surprised when I got there expecting BOTH! I'm particular about how I handle my weapons. Not appropriate to have in a grocery store backroom.

    I am sorry I do not have the team member name who assisted me. I was there a little after 4pm, she was great, wonderful, a delight to work with and. Wry helpful, I find this particular location very helpful. People must be happy there which is great for customers

    Staff were great. It was a weird order and they had to redo it. Not their fault. They were very attentive and did it quickly. They always do a good job.

    Service feeds are bogus and are not clearly articulated on the website or before I picked up my order. The email to self service print was not available to find online.

    The associate who was “helping me”, created a terrible experience. He made me feel like I was doing something wrong when his instructions were fired off without a break in his speech. Either he hated me or he hates his job or both. In any case, he should not be in a customer facing role. Bullying customers should not be a part of the experience. This man is middle age, dark haired. Sounds like many folks have had similar experiences looking at your google reviews. The Guadalupe location is much better- CLEAR HOUSE AND GET NEW STAFF

    The person who helped me was joking with his co-worker and carried on laughing while helping me. His demeanor was poor to be an older coworker than his Colleague. The store music was way too loud to assist customers since that was his excuse for not hearingvmuch of what I said while he assisted me. This was my favorite location but not anymore.
