Times have been hard and sometimes a little kindness just goes a long way and IFRAN (SP?) helped so much--LOCATION off burnet Rd and 183....LIFE SAVER!!!

I'm terrible with computers and anything electronic for the most part so I appreciate it after he finished working with his customers that were there he came and checked on me and helped me with my situation..... In multiple ways. He is an amazing employee and has excellent customer service skills and was so patient and friendly during the process that it made my emotions and my days stress go away..... That is an exceptional employee in my opinion as a business owner myself.
