I was told oh if you bring it in when we open we can usually have it back the same day. So I took it in a week later and asked when it would be ready for pick up, she said when do you need it, I said not for another week but still want to pick it up as soon as it's ready. She said tomorrow by noon. I said when I called they said it would be ready the same day. She said oh if you want same day service there is a rush fee. I said I don't need same day service that's what I was quoted and there was no mention of a rush fee. I paid and left and called another store. I asked that store if I brought in my items within the hour when they would have it ready, they said that same day after 4pm. So I said great. I went back to the other location to request my items back and then that lady called the other store and told them they had to charge me a rush fee if they were giving me same day service. She was rude and unprofessional and had no business calling the other store. So then I called that store when I left and said why was I quoted same day turnaround but now you are going to make me pay a rush fee. She said no price was discussed. I said but I called and asked for the standard turn around time. And that I was quoted the same day. So I took it to ANOTHER location and got my items done the same day with NO rush fee! It was so rude of the lady at South Park meadows to call the other store and tell them they needed to charge me a rush fee if offering sane sat service. I use your printing services all the time, self service and full service and I've never had such an issue.
