    Did not have to go to the store as it was through phone call due to I put the wrong zip code so they called to confirm, and the gentleman went out of his way to assist. I would get emails to track my envelope, which was a lot of help. Thank you.

    The FedEx representative helped me choose the most cost efficient shipment for my package. I appreciated that from him. And he recommended that I use a better box to ship my item. I had issues with the delivery of the package. The status was not updated in a timely manner.

    I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. The young lady who addressed my concerns while I was waiting in line was very courteous. The gentleman that took care of me was just as kind, and polite and was able to answer all my questions ensuring me that everything would be taken care of. Shout out to the young lady and the gentleman who helped me. I even asked for his name, I just wish I could remember his name. Excellent customer service from the moment that I walked in…Thank you!

    It was excellent there was this worker who was working with 2 people taking his time with both clients very attentive and would answer all my questions even if he was helping someone else I feel like that cut down on my wait time and I was in and out of the store
