She kept a smile on her face and worked quickly and amazingly, and seamlessly to get everyone taken care of efficiently and with a smile. I got in as she was closing and she helped me find a package that I had missed signing for and took time to call the facility that had it and ensured they would hold it for me and not return it. I had been trying to get info on the app, tried calling the 800#, but the web site and bots failed me, so I asked her about it and she made the connection happen and I got my very important package! She was superb! And super! Thank you Jodie!

The fact that I can it can meet all of our church printing and signage needs is an amazing bonus! I would have not know any of that information if Felice had not taken the time to break it all down even after the store close. A+ for sure.
