    Kevin helped me with printing. He was patient, he heard my problem and helped solve it. He engaged his colleagues for assistance and then provided the print job o needed. He helped me with a project that I was ready to give up on and his help and calm, helpful demeanor was a good send.

    I dropped off computer equipment to ship to my employer and they were to send me an email with a receipt. I never received it so I called and talked to Stevie. Very unprofessional. Put me on hold 3 times without telling me . Huffed and puffed on the call. Told me she would email the receipt and I never got it. She hung up on me at the end of the call. Still don’t have my receipt. Very disappointed in the service.

    I have a corporate account through Dogtopia and using their link to the website for customized pricing/rack cards and the process is horrible. Not sure why you make it so hard to use and then can’t customize anything. Go online to OfficeMax and order something printed. It’s fast, easy and almost half the price compared to yours. If you comparative shop, you will see that I’m not exaggerating.
