    I was there at opening time and Matthew was there and opened just a few minutes before time I waited for him to get everything in order for the day. I went in was greeted by Matthew which was very eager to serve and take care of what I needed. We exchanged conversation and enjoyed his smile and all that he did. Great Guy Matthew!! We discussed if he like Matt or Matthew? My son prefers Matt. lol Thank You Bruce

    The store was great. Delivery failed to deliver by guaranteed time causing my husband to miss his flight. Will not ever use FedEx again. Drivers name was John in Bristol VA. Package was over 5 hours late because he didn't want to make to delivery to our home and took package off his truck. That was reported to my husband by driver who finally delivered package, after multiple calls to FedEx. It was bad enough to pay $118 to have it delivered overnight (which they actually had 2 days to get it there because was told they would not deliver on Sunday) but also lost the money we paid for the plane ticket. You lost a loyal customer and I will definitely share this with experience with everyone I talk to. The only good part of this whole experience was the lady at the Conroe, TX office. Oh and by the way, having the manager telling my husband he could go meet the driver to get the package and hanging up on my husband when he told him exactly what he thought of that was not very helpful. He definitely does not need to be a manager. Need to do better FedEx.
