    I had to call to be sure my order was received. When I arrived to pick it up there was one person in front of me. Soon, I had 3-4 people behind me. After waiting about 10 mins, we were told we were standing on the wrong place. ??? We all moved. It took 15 mins to be helped. The person helping me had to call the assistant manager over to look up my account. I was then told, rather curtly, that I didn’t print enough to receive any discount. She wrote down my account number on a piece of scrap paper and “told” me to save it for next time so they “wouldn’t have to look it up”. I remembered why I had used Office Depot last time.

    I have placed multiple email orders. The day before I pickup, 2 days before I pickup and I have called to verify that it would be done. Been told it will be done by a certain time then it never is. I even placed it a few days ahead one day & got an email saying it was ready but when I went to pickup they somehow lost it? Or Collin couldn’t find it.

    When I went into the store on Saturday, I was told that to get my envelope delivered by 7 o’clock Monday morning it would cost $100 or $70 if I wanted it delivered by noon on Monday. The cost would go down if I wanted it delivered later or it would be even less if I want it delivered on Tuesday I paid $72.35 to have it delivered Monday by noon. The envelope was delivered Tuesday by noon. I have tried to submit a claim and get a refund on the FedEx website and the claim was denied because it was dangerous goods or dry ice packages. It was neither; it was an envelope containing a check. I chose FedEx because I had issues with the post office not delivering letters on time. But the experience with your company has been just as bad if not worse and more constantly than the problems at the post office.

    The store experience was fine, it always is at this location. But my Overnight Standard envelope was NOT delivered overnight — it took a whole ‘mother day — which is unacceptable!
