Feeling overwhelmed and anxious, I arrived at the store just an hour before closing, following a referral from FedEx location in Cedar Hill. The manager there was exceptionally understanding, calm, and attentive. Despite my indecisiveness and emotional state, he patiently guided me through every option, even printing out examples. I am sincerely grateful for the outstanding customer service provided. It was truly top-notch, and I wholeheartedly recommend this location.

I will say, I've had plenty of rough experiences at this same location with other team members, but this interaction in particular was wonderful.
