    Horribly bad experience with the shipping. I asked for delivery time options and clearly explained that if it could not get there Wednesday, it was better for my business client if I didn't send it at all. This was on Sunday. I paid extra to get it to NYC by noon on Wednesday instead of by 5 on Wednesday. But they lost track of it, delayed it and it 'might' get there Thursday. When it is absolutely too late!!!!! I wanted an honest answer about delivery time so I could make an educated decision. That is NOT what I got. Your customer service on the back end is non-existent!!!! I started with tracking and couldn't make sense of the 'duplicate record'. Then I called customer service but couldn't get through the AI IVR (which was not at ALL helpful). So I called the store where I shipped it and spoke to the manager who said he couldn't help it was up to your customer service team. He transferred me to them. The first agent was confused by the duplicate record so he lied to me and told me it would actually get there today by noon (it didn't). I asked to speak with his supervisor who made me start from scratch and said she'd have to research the situation which would take some time. Eventually she'd email me. She would not call in a timely manner. And she still hasn't reached out after several hours. This is possibly the worse shipping experience I've ever had. No one took any responsibility for my shipment they just sent me to some other department. The store manager said I may not get my money back because it very likely wasn't FedEx's fault. Don't tell customers you can make a delivery date if you can't. Give them a window so they can make an informed decision how and if to ship. I guess this way though YOU GET MY MONEY.

    I have a disability, and cannot stand because of leg tremors. There is absolutely zero accountability on your end to provide any seating for someone with a disability .and that really ***.

    Erick answered my call within 3 rings which is typical of this location. He answered my questions and had my order finished by the time I called back to see if he received my email. I consistently go to this location because the service has always been efficient and courteous. I just wish this location was open late like it was pre pandemic.

    I had to call to be sure my order was received. When I arrived to pick it up there was one person in front of me. Soon, I had 3-4 people behind me. After waiting about 10 mins, we were told we were standing on the wrong place. ??? We all moved. It took 15 mins to be helped. The person helping me had to call the assistant manager over to look up my account. I was then told, rather curtly, that I didn’t print enough to receive any discount. She wrote down my account number on a piece of scrap paper and “told” me to save it for next time so they “wouldn’t have to look it up”. I remembered why I had used Office Depot last time.
