    The staff was fabulous! Ready with my order and so was in and out in No time! Thanks for that. The copied page was double spaced( do not know why?). It took three pages to copy a one page document do not understand the reasoning.

I approached her with an item to ship, and not only did she help me with packing it, she gave me the best price, and her attitude far exceeded any FedEx employee I’ve ever come in to contact with.     We had an issue with delivery our end. Spencer persisted through receipt of files. I had expected to up-pick today as we had sent Thursday. Today is Saturday. I came in after 4:00. . . We were able to surmount technical delays. He completed our job- two posters 100 flyers 100 postcards print later both sides. As he helped us he was also fielding at least 2-3 other jobs in process. I and another client agreed we give him gold stars. He did not have to go the extra mile. I believe it was an error our end. We now have a better procedure . . Copy ourselves and confirm receipt with FedEx. I very much appreciate Spencer’s extra effort. It saved me having to rearrange various procedures based on having the material. He never asked why I needed the printing— just set about getting it done. . . . I am sitting in the parking lot to complete this so I do not neglect to thank Spencer for his help. 6:26pm Saturday Feb 23/24
