    This store on oak lawn is going to be the store I go to going forward. I initially went to a fed ex location at 5500 Greenville Ave. # 75206, my experience was HORRIBLE, I waited over 20 minutes until someone acknowledged my needs and I was in the package line. I was continuously pawned off by each representative. Nate specifically really upset me, because he watched me stand in the package area yet proceeded to ask me if I needed help, I advised that I did and actually I was told he would help me. Instead of him coming to see what I needed he proceeded to huddle with 3 other store members to have a conversation about them helping a lady in the printer section. When he finally asked again what I needed I had been there over 20 mins so much so that others that were getting help told them “I think this lady has been waiting for a while, she is next” I was so frustrated that I just packed up my boxes went to the oaklawn location where ALL my needs were met as soon as I walked in the door!

    I wasn't aware I had a free shipping barcode from ebay to ship my.package. first time using FedEx to ship. I told that to thr cashier, who seemed more concerned with increasing the fees for shipping. It was $40 to ship a pair of shoes and would take almost one week to get there. I wish I could get my $40 back and have used that code. This left a really bad taste in my.mouth seeing how all FedEx is about is making money and not caring for thr customers. She even told me if I had a problem with the fee, I should go to usps down the street. Going forward, that's what I'll do. I spend $40 unnecessarily. She could have told me about that code, but didn't. I feel stupid.
