I was so busy preparing the presentation I had forgotten to send the workbook I had created to FedEx earlier in the week to be printed and bound. The day before the presentation, I called my local FedEx, spoke with Naveed and, trying not to panic, explained with what I needed (10 workbooks, color, bound), the urgency and why (to help rising women leaders on their journey for stronger leadership and communication, all of which was to be set against the backdrop of International Women’s Day). After hearing the urgency of my request, Naveed calmly responded by saying, “just give a great seminar - I have your back. Don’t worry. We’ll get this done for you.” And he did. It was the nicest gesture from someone I had never met. He kept his word, and the workbooks were absolutely perfect - and contributed hugely to the success of the day. Thank you, Naveed!!! I can assure you, you will be my first call when I am getting ready for my next seminar!
