    I frequent this location for all shipping and printing needs for work and personal. They are always helpful and accommodating. This specific visit was to use them with the rushmypassport process. They were really helpful and expedited the process for me in a busy day. Thank you!

    Store Manager Rianna was helping me with print orders. She was extremely helpful and patience because a couple of my files needed to be in pdf form. I didn't realize when I sent them through email to her they were not. She explained to me why they were not opening on FedEx system. Then it was a lady that came in and she needed assistance, she ask me to give her a second while she help the other customer. The lady seem very irritated when she came in once the store manager was helping her she started yelling and talking to the store manager in aggressive way. I stood and watch. I thought to myself that was very rude of her. The she preceded to say FedEx system is ridiculous why would they pre charge me instead of charging after. Store manager was explaining why and the lady was just causing disruption in the store I'm take a picture of your badge. The store manager had proceeded to tell her there is no photography allow in the store and still tried to take the a photo after she was told not to. Yelling what is your name and gave her name and the store manager was even about to give her a refund on last copy the machine didn't print out, but she storm off out the door. Cassandra checked me out. The manager was overwhelmed at that point think she mentioned she needed to reach out to her supervisor. It's the holiday I feel we should all be kind and generous regardless of what's going on in our personal lives. I do thank Cassandra for checking me out and the store manager for helping me in the beginning.

    They were friendly, efficient, fast, and also helped me save money, which I thought was above and beyond customer service. They were very skilled at their jobs and it showed confidence. Super organized and sure enough, my packages were delivered exactly as planned. Great experience!

    Went in for printing service and the Manager Rianna jumped in and assisted me with my prints. She went above and beyond making sure my prints were correct. The entire staff is very polite and helpful. Everything was done perfectly and very pleased with the customer service. Most definitely will be back!

    The holidays are so stressful but your team member Kyana helped me so much with sending all my gifts and making sure everything was correct she even gave me her direct number just in case I had any follow up question. Very happy and super stress free

    Cassandra is so sweet and excited to help assist me in my full print service. She certainly exceeded my expectations with my business cards. The entire staff is very friendly and very welcoming! Will most definitely be back!
