The associate told me the printer was down and my order would be later than I expected. I went on to the store anyway to find half my order ready while the other half hadn't been started and the printer was fine. I waited and additional 30 minutes and had to push to get the small easles on the back of 4 of the foam core pieces. Total incompetence. If I hadn't of gone to the store, I think I'd still be waiting. Horrible service.

Nothing was clearly marked as to what steps to take, what package materials applied to my choices of shipping, etc. I was lost in your store and had to completely rely on the rep who was there behind the counter.

I have shipped at the Post Office before but it's more of a hassle, at FedEx Office the girl who assisted me went above and beyond she made it simple, easy to understand, and helped me ship without worrying about if I got it right or if the package would be safe. She really made me feel like that was the easiest and most relaxed experience I have ever had.

He even went as far to suggest and idea that saved me a lot of time and stress. He was friendly and very patient.
