Joseph has always hired the best employees and Gabby and Jason are patient and thorough with both printing and shipping needs.

The manager helped me by looking up the information that I gave him. He was able to find the name of the person the package was sent to, showed me a picture of the house & the package on the right of the door & proof of the delivery.

Mostly I have three or so boxes mailing to grandkids at college and he is so very patient and kind.

Which we did. What upset me was that the price increase from $19.63 to $24.33. Not thinking i swiped my card. Then questioned about the difference in price. She politely stated they were in the middle of a price increase. I stated i have no problem with the price increase. But we were in the middle of a transaction. The price increase shouldn’t have occurred then. I asked to speak to the manager. Which she went to speak to him rather than he speak directly to me. He told her there was nothing he could do about a price increase. Which i do understand. But it was in the middle of a transaction. So feel an adjustment should’ve been made. It seemed no took into account it was during a transaction. I was being pentiazed for this. Extremely disappointed in the management lack of professionalism. By not speaking to me directly. I feel bad the bad review is givwnbti
