They jam and then customer has to unjam, refill paper etc. then when they eventually come help printed my documents wrong and had to redo them wasting my time, then had to wait and wait for receipt and then go elsewhere to complete my copying needs.

They went above and beyond to help, and I would recommend their services and this location for the rest of my life. I brought them an assembled foam mattress that needed to be boxed up. This is an impossible task for me, and they did it with zero complaints and the effort and lengths they were willing to go to to help a customer was far above what is typically required. They helped me roll it up, tape it, and problem solved finding a box that fit. They also printed the label for me. They communicated clearly, worked well as a team, helped me unload it from my car and took managing the packing over in a very helpful way. Please promote them and give them raises if possible. Their help and attitudes reflected well on the company and I will use FedEx again and again because of Grant and Tim.
