You get interaction, the employees provide full service, more than enough employees so you dont feel you need to rush what you need. They always have boxes stocked and everything labeled. I also appreciate they know about the online horrible setup and navigation. They are able to guide me through as a real person verse "trying" to use Virtual Assistance.

Instead of being sent to Austin it was just sent back to my home. The time sensitive package had to be taken back the FedEx office to be sent out again.

The others just kept looking at me and never asked if they could help. One side said shipping and so I stood on the other counter and no one asked me anything until another man came in. Then he finally asked me. If I wasn't there to pick up something I would have left

I ended up coming in store to complete my order with Cason whom was very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. He was able to understand my needs and transparently walked me through the process to the final results which I couldn’t have been more pleased with! I would definitely recommend FedEx for printing services and I will most definitely look for Mr. Cason the next time I come in. This was a last minute rush and it still went smoothly and was ready to pick up in time. I’m extremely greatful to everyone who made it happen!

They had done something for me previously and while I was picking that up, I asked Daniel about other options, and he showed me some that I thought would work out perfectly. We communicated after that, and he checked into pricing and timing and helped me with figuring out size limitations. Whenever Daniel wasn't available, anyone else that helped me was equally as helpful. When it was all done, they also helped pack my signs and ship it out.
