    My visit to the store and the actual act of shipping my package overnight was excellent. It's the after that has been super annoying. Package was not delivered on time and now 4 days later I've called the store numerous times, the customer service number multiple times, opened up an online account and given my credit card number and filed a claim and still NOTHING! I want a refund for package not arriving overnight. I paid $182.32. It seems impossible to get a refund. And there's a service problem online filing the claim.

    I hope I am able to summarize my situation well, but we will not be going back to FedEx for signage. I needed a vinyl sign printed. When I went in, the store email was down, which is perfectly understandable and I had to wait to send my file. I called the store back a few times and when they finally said the email was back up, I sent it. It took me a while to hear back from them, and I was in a time crunch, which is the only reason I used FedEx. When I finally got a hold of someone, I was told the manager would need to contact me over the weekend as there was some question about my sign. (I had gone in on a Friday).The manager never contacted me. I called Monday morning and they apologize for nobody reaching out, and told me someone would reach out that day. I did get a phone call later that and sorted out my details. The next day, Tuesday, I got a phone call that my proof was ready and asked if I wanted to come in and see it. I asked if they could email it to me and they said they were not able to do that I would have to come in if I wanted to see it. I asked, “is the print exactly like the logo I sent?” She said yes, so I said, go ahead and print it as I was in a huge time crunch at this point. My print came back the following Friday, so I stopped by to pick it up. Much to my chagrin, the print was extremely pixelated. When I asked why it looked that way, the lady in a very unfriendly manner told me it was the file and not their fault. I was so shocked by both her lack of concern and the situation that I went ahead and signed, paid the $200 and left. When I got home, I wished I would have pushed back more on the situation. When I asked if the sign looked exactly like the logo, that would’ve been the appropriate time for them to tell me no it is pixelated. The whole situation was awful. Many people referred me to Fast Signs and they were SO wonderful, helpful, compassionate, and a fraction of the price. I will be going there for all of our business needs and refer my friends to FastSigns from now on.

    It was fast, easy and convenient, and I had much more confidence that my letter would arrive on time, unlike the USPS. I plan to use FedEx every time I need to send something important.
