    I walked in with a sack full of items and immediately I was asked how could they help me. The associate got the right container and packed it with care. He took care of everything for me. I do not remember his name, but I believe he is from Hawaii.

    The person who helped me. I forgot if his name was James. He printed my order right there and then. I don't have to come back another day for it.

    The gentleman who helped me was most kind dealing with mechanical errors of the equipment he had to use in order to print my shipment information. He went to three different machines to try to find one that would work. Each time he had to enter all the information and then ask it to print. He was unsuccessful twice, but that was not his fault. That is the fault of the FedEx management who allows this failing equipment to still be used. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name who helped me because he was most kind and made the best of a problematic shipping experience.

    I called ahead of time and spoke with Brooke. She was able to answer all of my questions. I then came into store and met James. He was very patient and helped me pick the best size print for my image and the look I was going for. James was AWESOME!!!

    The staff member who was taking care of my shipment seemed very much bothered when I asked to add suite number on the destination address. He even rolled this eyes, I didn’t want to talk to him anymore so had to have my boyfriend talk to him the rest instead. Very rude and unprofessional. I understand if he was not in a good mood that day for personal reason, but getting correct address and putting them into system is his job. Doesn’t have to be my concern to even talk to him just because he was so bothered by them. I wonder if that was because of my race/ethnicity. Or my accent.

    Gregory one of the assistant managers was probably having a bad day. However his etiquette was poor as he acted annoyed he was on the counter helping customers. He was confused that I couldn’t provide a persons name when mailing the package to a government office and shook his head smiling to himself about me. Other issues including mumbling under his breath and being frustrated when I clicked the button saying changes are needed. I clicked this because he spelled the location address wrong and never asked for my address thus entering the wrong one. I get it that people have bad days and hopefully this is the only issue. If that’s regular behavior then store etiquette needs a look over.
