    Jacolby really helped me out. He hadn’t dealt with my usual detailed order because I haven’t been at this location in a while and he was able to look up my previous orders and do what the previous manager would do, which was such a relief! I was really worried to be honest that Jane’s my regular guy had left, but both Jacolby And Jeff the manager made me feel so comfortable to come back after an absence. 10/10

    Mari (I believe that is her name) was among the most helpful associates I've ever encountered in any retail environment. She was proactive in assisting me by forwarding my shipping label to her email, repackaging my item in the box it came in, etc.

    I walked in originally a couple days before to work with Mari. She was so welcoming and helpful with my big printing project. She sent me a quote and I was able to purchase the order and come in surprisingly sooner than I thought, later that week. She was there again along with Caryn, who was another wonderfully pleasant employee to work with. They both were very professional, joyful and helped me pull off the Austin Marathon expo without a hitch! They made me a hero at the event but I know who the real heroes are. Ha! Thanks for helping me!

    What I thought would take awhile it did not. They Associates were professional, courtesy and friendly. There was a rude customer in there at the same time I was there however the Associates continued to be professional while handling my packaging and this lady.

    Was treated at the door by a very nice gentleman, who escorted me to a lady to checkout. She was very rude and not kind, barely smiled. Usually have great, friendly people, maybe she was just having an off day.
