Shortly after I arrived, 3 other customers walked in. 2 of which were together. Unfortunately he proceeded to assist the customers arriving after me first and told me he’d be right with me. I gave it some time but after being there for over 10 min I had to step in and ask to be helped considering I was there prior to the customers he was helping. I felt bad he was bombarded near closing time and really there should have been more staff but nonetheless customers should have been assisted in order of arrival.

Ryan's energy,personality, and willingness to assist definitely contributed to an effortless customer experience for me. I felt like I received the white glove service and I will be shipping with Fedex and from this store from now own. Thank you Ryan for helping my get my boyfriend's birthday package out on time! After a delayed flight and a long customs line this was the highlight of my day!

I felt confident in returning with my print work. I was able simply to email it in and it was printed in no time at all!! I will be back!!

She worked on many different strategies to finally make it work. Then, about two weeks later, some of the canceled charges that occurred while working with Kathy Ann for which I have receipts, or charge my credit card. Nobody can help me the only way I can settle. This is to dispute it with my credit card company. So, while Kathy was wonderfully amazing, very professional and so helpful, FedEx itself failed me.

As I went to my usual print shops it just seemed like a lot of the employees there were frustrated at the fact I needed something printed and the same day… when I walked in Caity welcomed us with a smile which was so refreshing after stopping by 5 places prior! She was excited and very self motivated to print what we needed with a smile! To many this may be simple and honestly I go to other places because they are less expensive to print but from now on I'm going to spend my money where I feel appreciated and my business is valued going forward! Thank you Caity for your kindness and joy!
