    The worker at the FedEx office was very helpful and kind. I am VERY upset with the fact that I paid for Express Critical shipping, guaranteed to reach its destination by noon, and the person I shipped the package to did not receive it until 3:00 p.m. I would like to be reimbursed for at least part of the cost of shipping that package

    I shipped 7 items at from your Texas Grapevine location (Tracking ID: 772863656909) obe of my items didn’t arrive. Your office labeled one of my items with the wrong dimensions and now that package is lost and missing. The tracking number shows that missing package with a completely different size and dimensions. I went back your location to ask where was my missing package and notified them about the mistake on the dimensions and measurements. The employees told me my packed was picked up by the driver and it was out of their hands. Your website is misleading and keeps telling the package is still at the Grapevine, Texas location (when I shipped from) your phone represents keep telling me the item is still at the Texas, Grapevine location (where I shipped from). Your store manager in Grapevine simply tells me the driver picked it up and it’s out of their hands and can’t help me. I shipped 7 packages with an overnight priority / signature required. I mentioned that the item was over $1000 and to make sure it was delivered safely and quickly. It’s been 5 days. I still don’t have one of my packages and your website keeps telling me that my package is on its way but it’s still at the Texas, Grapevine location where I shipped from. No one can tell me where my expensive item is and I have NOT heard from anyone. It’s very frustrating and disappointing.
