She worked on many different strategies to finally make it work. Then, about two weeks later, some of the canceled charges that occurred while working with Kathy Ann for which I have receipts, or charge my credit card. Nobody can help me the only way I can settle. This is to dispute it with my credit card company. So, while Kathy was wonderfully amazing, very professional and so helpful, FedEx itself failed me.

As I went to my usual print shops it just seemed like a lot of the employees there were frustrated at the fact I needed something printed and the same day… when I walked in Caity welcomed us with a smile which was so refreshing after stopping by 5 places prior! She was excited and very self motivated to print what we needed with a smile! To many this may be simple and honestly I go to other places because they are less expensive to print but from now on I'm going to spend my money where I feel appreciated and my business is valued going forward!
