When I called back the phone was answered by the store MANAGER, who was clearly in a conversation with someone IN PERSON, and I had to say “hello” loudly into the phone several times before he spoke to me. I asked for Steven, and the guy said, “he’s at lunch.” He didn’t ask if he could help or anything. So, I just said never mind, I’m returning Steven’s call, and I’ll try again later. Akiko called to clarify pricing (she heard the earlier phone call), and apologized for the way the manager handled my call.
