- Wednesday, May 1, 20241 out of 5Rating 1.03 staff members saw me enter location, no on said anything, all 3 watched me stand at counter for service, after waiting for a long time, I started timing to wait for someone to assist since 2 staff members was not assisting other customers, standing chatting, after 5 mins I waited, after 2 other customers enter store, staff start greeting and then ask to help me. I expressed my concern, there was no response and no one greeted me while waiting for assistan from staff that was idol. Poor customer service, no apology from idol staff.

One of the associates was extremely busy so he stepped away. We were unattended for almost 10 mins. Which is understandable but other customers were in a rush. The lady (African American with a mask on) proceed to say “who’s next!?” With a attitude . Each time getting louder. We couldn’t hear bea side of the mask. Once I proceeded to the station, I greeted her and she ignore me. I had my I’d ready and because I was ready with it, she said “I’m not doing that yet” she then says “where is it going!” I replied what info would you like first (name, address, etc. she replies “ALL OF IT” . . . After she try to come off as assertive , she forgets that I asked for a $200 value cover. Does not apologize for this or for us waiting. As I’m walking off and verify the receipt again and take a pic of it, I can hear her being condescending with the next customer because he was Asian and couldn’t speak English well. . . Who wants to return to a ship with a employee like that??? And I love you guys, I ship strictly with y’all but this lady needs better customer service.
