The employee packaged them, said we’d have to hurry because the pickup driver was there. She made sure he had the package. The package arrived two hours earlier than anticipated and my daughter was able to have her move completed as scheduled.

It took an unreasonable amount of time to complete my shipping order due to a staffing shortage. She could not complete a shipping order without getting the copier to work for another customer. His copying job was as important as my shipping. He was there first and deserved her attention. She was also dealing with another unknown issue out of sight of the counter. It was a one person operation when clearly the staffing requirements required 3 people.

I asked if she was sure, she said yes and went on to the next customer. I was in shock. I looked up the FedEx policy on FedEx.com and it clearly stated you accept US Military IDs. I informed Sheila, who didn't seem to care. She didn't even look at the policy on the website. I asked her why I had to look up the policy instead of her double checking. She just didn't care. Treated me like a number, not a customer, furthermore, she was wrong and refused to look into the issue.
