This package is floating around in CA I guess but NOT delivered. It is important. Jessie told me it will arrive 4/5/2024. I think I will use UPS next time! BTW, today is 3 days past 4/5!

Kaitlyn was incredibly courteous and patient with helping us in getting the files to speak to each other, getting the files to print onto perforated paper, and determining the right orientation for the paper to create our tickets. Kaitlyn was a great listener and an outstanding representative of FedEx Kinkos. She provided us with a truly we wonderful customer service experience. She should absolutely be rewarded in some way for her expertise and professionalism. Thank you, Kaitlyn! Kinkos/FedEx was our last hope on a Sunday to make this happen. I’m certain if it were not for Kaitlyn, we would be in a jam. We are absolutely grateful to Kaitlyn for finding a perfect solution for our printing needs.
