    While I don't often write reviews, I would like to take a moment to recognize a specific member of the FedEx team, Enrique. Enrique is an extremely competent member of the FedEx team. Every time I have any shipping needs, I first look to see if Enrique is working because I know my shipping needs will be very well handled and done correctly every time. His skill in navigating even my most complicated shipping requests has always exceeded expectations and given me the peace of mind to be able to go about my day without giving what was shipped out another thought. This is because it has always been successfully delivered any time Enrique handles the process. I will gladly go out of my way to go to the location he is working at to have him handle my shipments, even if that means taking more time to go to a location further away. I have watched Enrique show leadership and manage difficult situations with ease. When other customers were less than kind or were short with him or other team members, I have watched him handle the situation with class, kindness, and professionalism that far exceeded what one typically finds in any arena of customer service today. Experiencing the level of customer service that Enrique offers is why I have repeatedly recommended his location to others if they want a job done right, on time, and with careful attention to detail. He is a true example of the culture and mission that FedEx strives to convey!

    The survey is to get feedback on the self-service computer, not Enrique. Henrique was great. He was supportive, he gave me the proper assistance. The new format for charging customers is terrible. I wasted time and money, because I had no idea once I selected a price, I could no longer add more fines during the session. I would have to start over wasting more time. Yahoo! mail was giving me endless captures for whatever reason, eating up valuable time. By the time I got the document I needed to print, I was low on funds and could NOT reload. Nowhere in the area, does it mention these expectations for the customer. The customer has to figure these things out as they go through the session. Absolute nonsense. Yahoo owes me an apology for giving me so many captchas to complete to access my Yahoo! Mail. This new FedEx office format for charging customers is *** terrible. I don’t understand why FedEx thought this new format was better than the OLD format. NOTHING in that cubicle informes the customer of ANYTHING regarding how the new pay format works (I read all of it) I don’t expect one customers feedback to make any difference, this is closure for me for the time and money I wasted at this location. Eenrique was only able to refund me one session. I appreciate his assistance and his sympathy. FedEx owes me $5 *** dollars.

    Enrique is very attentive. He was very professional and helpful. Enrique was knowledgeable and helped me with a smile. I was in and out with ease. I would definitely return. There were two other staff members there and both were friendly with a great attitude.

    I went into FedEx to get a few items laminated. Enrique M. was the only employee working (Sunday, May 12). He was very busy assisting a couple of other people, but still greeted me and told me he would assist me shortly. He was VERY polite to everyone, including me, that he was assisting, and no one complained because they could tell e was doing his best. When he did my laminating, it was PERFECT and centered with an even boarder. I complimented his work and he said he is very particular. I appreciated his attention to quality!! David (Houston, TX.)
