He was very busy assisting a couple of other people, but still greeted me and told me he would assist me shortly. He was VERY polite to everyone, including me, that he was assisting, and no one complained because they could tell e was doing his best. When he did my laminating, it was PERFECT and centered with an even boarder. I complimented his work and he said he is very particular. I appreciated his attention to quality!! David (Houston, TX.)

Once I was ready he was with another customer over the phone but let me know he would be right over. When he came he helped get all my information to ship my envelope. He was so nice and warm. Made my experience a great one and so much nicer than at the local post office. Thank you Enrique, you are the best!

He also provided assistance with the packages from my vehicle. First impression is extremely important and I remember he also greeted me with a warm spirit upon my arrival. Overall, I was truly grateful for my experience.

I have tried several times to file a claim and I have been sent in circles all day. No one at the store or Customer Service can assist with filing a claim and I am out of the money that I paid for the shipped item plus the money that I paid to FedEx to ship the item. No one is being helpful at all.
