    My package was shipped from Houston the guy there was awsome,but at the other end it was dillvered to the wrong address and the package was opened and half the contents was missing.

    Fed Ex Office staff needs customer service skill training and training on being aware of Fed Ex employee benefits. Also, the fact that I was deemed as an "Fed Ex Contractor" after telling them I was a Fed Ex employee and showing them my work badge that "did not" state that I was a vendor. These 2 employees insisted that I was a contractor. As I stood there as a frustrated "customer" Ruben was a very rude employee and made this store look bad! No other employee should not have to go through what I experienced at this store.

    The cost was more expensive than I was expecting. I work for Delta airlines and was told we get 75% off. The discount wasn’t listed on my receipt so I can’t even confirm I got a discount. I can’t understand the high price for a very light small box.

    Ruben was incredible. I was on a tight deadline for an important meeting and he went above and beyond and helped expedite my order. He was also friendly, respectful and polite and ultimately made my day. I can go into my meeting stress free and prepared and Ruben made it happen.

    I came in to get some certificates printed for my employees. David greeted me at the door and quickly figured out what exactly I needed. He gave me options on paper and was very interested in my project. He was a delight to work with and I hope he has a long future with FedEx because he is a great help. I will definitely be coming back for all my printing needs and am looking forward to working with David again.

    Came to ship a few packages internationally. Was very nervous at first,as I had no idea what I was doing. David greeted me at the door and put my mind at ease about my shipment.
