The next day when I came in to pick up my project, and was equally impressed with the patience and manner in which he was trading a new hire. He was not only telling her how to do something, but was asking her questions so she would figure out and retain the information. I was so impressed that I commented that he was teaching her in the best possible way, and that she was lucky to have someone train her how to think through each scenario.

I don't know how anyone can work in there. It is really really bad and you should be careful because I bet your employees are getting sick and having headaches due to the noxious maybe toxic fumes. The landlord needs to fix/remediate whatever problem is causing that terrible odor and you need to get reimbursed for your lease fees. I don't know how you can ignore this and your awesome employees like Tameka for so long. It really is so sad and I feel ashamed for their working environment. I would not be surprised if everyone there quit. FIX IT. It is also VERY unpleasant for the customers. Seriously. Have you been inside there???? Do the right thing. Please.
