    This store does it best! I have been working with the team in this store for years and I prefer to do business in this location. There’s always an urgency to get my business needs met.     Morgan greeted me with a smile as I walked through the door. I was using a recycled box and asked her if she could tape it for me. Of course she said yes. She asked for my ID and details and quickly closed me out. I will definitely visit this location again. It's refreshing to see this level of customer service.

    The visit to the store was fantastic. Although when I receive my package, it was barely in the box totally crushed. The story experience was great, but you truly need to do better with your shipping to receive my package was abysmal. There is a picture that the driver took if you would like to see what my package look like when I got it. I am so disappointed. I am totally shocked that it wasn’t leaking. It was definitely open though.

    Your cashier stated to me in order to mail a letter I needed to present a driver license. She also did not ask what my returning address was. If my letter is returned I will not receive it at the correct address. Lastly,I believe I was overcharged. I paid $35.20 for express mail. OCT. 11, 2025 AT 1:52pm. Receipt # RGRK00125433
