I originally went to Office Depot in Irving TX next to Hwy 183, which is close and stood there for 10 min with no one helping and workers just ignoring the customers so I left. Fed X should drop that Office Depot as a location!!! Thank you Josue for great customer service.

Josue determined which size box was needed, Richard & Bri assembled & packed boxes while Josue entered the shipping information and created the labels. Total team work. Q arrived for the pickup & rearranged her truck so my shipments would not be damaged in transit. THE BEST EXPERIENCE! This team really worked well together, had a great attitude, and got the shipments prepared in time for the final pickup of the day.
