    I brought my package to FedEX store on Feb 26 at 12:08 p.m. I was charged for express fee with a scheduled delivery date to be 03/07/25 to which I have the receipt. But after I left the store, they changed the scheduled delivery date to 03/11/25 without my knowledge. And they kept the fee difference to their pocket. The next day I went to speak to the Mgr on duty by the name Hofer who was extremely unprofessional and lack customer service skills. It was a very bad experience for me. I would therefore like to request to be reimbursed for the fee that I was charged unless the mail is delivered on time as promised on March 3/7/2025. Thank you!

    The package (tracking #: 779836210220) was delivered... but a day late, i.e. on 11/12/24 instead of scheduled delivery date of 11/11/24. Same is true for other two shipments; tracking #: 779017499108 was delivered on 10/08/24 instead of scheduled delivery date of 10/07/24 and tracking #: 280411984395 was delivered on 10/14/24 instead of scheduled delivery date of 10/11/24. I have paid premium price (over $100 each) for all three... But they were all delayed???

    The manager was very rude when my mother and I entered the store. We came into the store ten minutes until closing and as soon as I walked in the store and the manager told me that they were closing, which I knew I had 10 minutes and I also knew my transaction was going to be very fast. I needed to send something because I am battling breast cancer and I had surgery the next day. I also left the store before the time of closing and as I was walking out with my kids, the manager just stared at us as we left before the store closed! There was no need for him to be as rude as he was. The store was still open when I arrived and when I left. Not to mention we weren’t the only customers in the store. I will not go back to that FedEx again because that was extremely uncalled for because I knew how much time I had.
