    This shipment was arranged at a store in Katy, TX. They failed to note that it was a "personal" shipment. As a result I had to pay over 62Euros in taxes and customs for a gift from my brother in law. In addition, the shipment from the US cost over $152, which seemed excessively high for an envelope containing mostly pieces of mail, a used Apple watch and a nylon wallet ... total .80 pounds. Was mailed Standard Rate. Is that the new normal?

    I have dealt with FedEx for a long time, and every single time there is an issue, typically something to do with customs / border.. FedEx comes through in making the seemingly impossible - POSSIBLE! There is NO BETTER business partner a small business can have than FedEx and the people there that go far beyond 'their job' and make it much better to do business here in Canada!

    The representative was not friendly at all. Didn’t asked me any other questions about the packet other than the sender address. He did not ask me value of package,put $100 but the value of items shipped was about $500. I asked him to put more tape to secure the top of the box. He said he will but didn’t see him do it . He told me if he put more tape he would have to charged me extra. Alsowas talking to another client while he was helping me. That is extremely rude! He was rushing me out when I ask him additional questions. I always prefer to send stuffs through via FedEx but me experience at this Katy, Tx (La Centerra) was very unprofessional and not customer oriented. I would never go back to this location anymore
