Another colleague of mine always puts in the order and it had always been a 3 by 5. Tippy usually knows what i need when she sends the file without instructions because it was always the same. This time I needed a larger banner for my niecs graduation. My colleague sent her a different size and, unbeknownst to me, tippy had indeed communicated to ask for clarification. She even gave us various options for the larger size and other materials and it was a square image. My colleague sent the request late Friday and they were closed for the holiday on Monday. I did not know the situation as my colleague went on vacation shortly after. When I went to pick up, it wasn't ready because we never responded. However, after getting a better understanding, and us not being able to recreate a 3 by 5 template out of office, tippy resized my banner it was ready the next morning. I got used to such a quick service that tippy always ensures our request are ready in a timely manner. Tippy, that your for being an exceptional employee.

Although I was very late to respond, after confirmation, she had it ready within 24 hours I was traveling back home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with FedEx.
