I was wondering why only 1 page printed when I wanted 15. I was entering page 15 instead of 1-15. I had over 60 files to print and she took care of the customers while I took over her machine. My job requires me to print since they're confidential documents. Tippy offered to print them quickly but I had to keep the prints separated. I appreciated her offer though. She is always willing to make life easier for us.

We came back because the quality of the machine and store is great. Tippy is always ready to help and have suggested many great ways to advertise. She went above and beyond to help me get my receipt for my sale. She was able to see the time i came in and found the tracking that matched that time. 2othout her help I would have lost hundreds of dollar for my shipment.
