    I came to the store to place my order, when I picked it up it was printed in color and I order the NCR triplicate sets in black and white. When I was charged for color the manager told me it was requested on the order as color. The difference in price was $50. I live 20 minutes away so had to drive home and back 40 minutes because she didn’t eat the cost of the mistake. Instead she threw away the color triplicate NCR copies and inconvenienced the customer with another 3 hour wait.
