I wish you were asking about my experience today in San Antonio at your Interpark location. I had seven boxes home for pick up. Walked in, it was someone in line being waited on, and two individuals with numerous boxes for shipment. Mine was a hole for pick up. I was the next person up. Five other people walk in after I got in line before I got waited on. I am disappointing and what I see with FEDEX. I wish you were asking about my experience today in San Antonio at your Interpark location. I had seven boxes home for pick up. Five other people walk in after I got in line before I got waited on. One person was responsible for the seven people waiting to be served. After over 10 minutes of waiting another front desk person came out. She spent over 10 minutes opening up a cash register to be able to wait on other people. I don’t get it. The general lack of customer focus but I’ve seen from FEDEX in the last year is unbelievable. Whether it’s in Mansfield, San Antonio, , Austin Or wherever, it is simply unacceptable. You are a tremendous company. You provide tremendous services. But the face-to-face interaction is simply unacceptable. Thank you for asking. Please strive to do better. Thank you.
