    Failed to provide quote at time of order, failed to complete order as requested, failed to completed order as requested. I could had printed this at the office but time as valuable and i need a product that could just insert into binders now im a week behind and i still have to complete project and paid $2k for nothing. Not happy customer. Most Team members at center are super fiendly and willing to help but not all are trained to take orders and to process them.

    Debbie was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. And the quality of the product was excellent. She did a great job! Iam very pleased. Had gone to the UPS store before and they were clueless and almost unwilling to do the work. So glad FEDEX and Debbie in particular were there to make our event special. Thank you!

    Myles carried in my DIRECTV return equipment, got me a chair(I have a bad back), DIRECTV wouldn’t give me my account # & Myles figured out how to do it. Very smart young man, VERY polite. Said “Yes ma’am” opened the door for me. What a pleasure to be served by someone so nice!
