Derrick talks to me about the specials, because a I work for the local school district and we might need special banners, etc around our stadium. Nathan is quite funny and engages with me about things, we were talking about the holidays and I found out that he likes Paleo food. This type of engaging services is very special and these two employees help make this location one that brings people to. They help with costs and packing and are fast, never have a long wait at all.

They saw that I work for the local school district and told me about the incredible sale on 5x3 banners - which I went back and shared with my athletic departments at the 4 high schools.
